About
A bit about who I am and what I've done.
I'm Yekta Cemre Özdemir, a Product Manager with an Industrial Engineering degree from Middle East Technical University. I have worked across procurement, customer success, and product management, which gives me a practical view of products from operations, customers, and execution. Today, I manage products at Mükellef Teknoloji, a SaaS platform for financial and legal workflows. My strength is turning ambiguous problems into clear priorities, aligned teams, and measurable outcomes. Recently, I have been deepening my work with AI-assisted product discovery and prototyping.

A bit personal
Outside of work, I spend most of my free time in nature — hiking, camping, and skiing whenever I get the chance. I also juggle, which surprises more people than it should. These aren't escapes from work; they're extensions of the same mindset: patience, focus, and the satisfaction of doing something well.
